Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with broader change team to design and implement change measurement strategy for R1, including collaborating on insights and recommendations for change interventions
- Monitor, track, and measure change readiness and adoption progress, and create executive level summaries to use for reporting and socializing
- Provide change and communication support for all change related activities for hypercare
- Create and manage the change resistance management plan
