Job Title: Project Manager
Role Type: W2 contract, No C2C
Schedule: Hybrid—3 days (Tues/Wed/Thurs) and 2 days working remotely.

W2 Contract: 1 year Contract with opportunity for extension and conversion
Job Description:
Highly skilled in managing large, complex projects/programs and service delivery models through full project lifecycle utilizing traditional methodologies. Proven leader who can direct, manage, and motivate multiple cross-functional teams, large clients, and 3rd-party relationships. Proven experience in stakeholder management, financial management and governance, solution development, business case development, and strategic planning. Known reputation for building strategic relationships that deliver value and results for clients and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. They will manage project scope, timelines, and resources, and will be accountable for all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- A typical day involves leading project meetings, coordinating with team members, managing project documentation, and addressing any issues that arise. The PM will also be responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- The PM will support a team of approximately 10-15 members, including developers, business analysts, and testers. Key players include the project sponsor, department heads, and other senior stakeholders.
- The work environment is highly collaborative and supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication.
- This role will primarily support internal business customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial off the shelf software deployment projects, including integration with legacy systems.
- Strong financial management background, including actuals/variance analysis, forecasting, etc. Experience with project management tools and software including Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, Jira, etc.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Accrual-based accounting experience is preferred but not required. Vendor management, including RFP experience, is preferred.
