Project Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for one of its clients in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives. This individual will manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is skilled in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and project governance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams of 10–15 members, including developers, analysts, and QA testers.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Facilitate daily project activities, including team meetings, issue resolution, and decision tracking.
• Monitor project progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project alignment with business goals and internal customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, managing change control processes as necessary.
• Coordinate with department heads, technical leads, and business leaders to ensure successful execution.
• Support a collaborative and supportive team culture that emphasizes transparency and open communication.
• Adhere to organizational project management standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing mid- to large-scale projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
