Asset Management Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (On-Site)
Pay: $23/hr W2 ONLY
Duration: 6 Months
The AM Reporting Ops Analyst will join the Institutional and Fund Reporting team within the Asset Management Teamf, focusing on the preparation, validation, and delivery of high-quality client reports and fund materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and data accuracy while supporting multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales, Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Technology. This role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships by providing timely, accurate, and compliant reporting outputs that support both institutional and fund investors.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end process of customized institutional client reporting

Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reports and fund-related materials

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet reporting obligations

Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize reporting workflows and automation

Maintain and improve product- and channel-specific fund materials

Monitor and enforce internal controls over data governance and reporting

Support strategic and tactical automation projects to improve reporting efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Solid understanding of financial risk

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, QLIK, or Nprinting

Previous experience in client reporting within the Asset Management or Financial Services industry

Exposure to data governance and regulatory reporting requirements

Analytical mindset with interest in automation and process reengineering
