Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain an intelligent application that can automatically generate code, pipelines, and web applications via prompt-based interactions. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, agentic LLM technologies, and future-facing tech like blockchain and quantum computing to transform how software is built. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to bring cutting-edge AI applications to life and accelerate adoption within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain a generative AI-based application that creates code, pipelines, and full-stack web apps from user prompts.
- Experiment with and implement the latest LLM agentic technologies to enhance the application’s intelligence and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional technical teams to accelerate adoption and integration of the AI-driven software creation tool.
- Ensure generative AI implementations comply with our clients AI governance and ethical policies.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic systems, applying them to continuously improve the platform.
- Conduct R&D efforts into new AI methodologies as well as exploratory technologies such as blockchain and quantum computing for future applications.
- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and accuracy through tuning, evaluation, and real-world testing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven background in software engineering, particularly in AI/ML-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI technologies and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
- Strong curiosity and initiative to explore and evaluate the latest generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- Proficiency in Python and modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Strong cloud knowledge, particularly with AWS services related to AI/ML and compute.
- Excellent critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge technical and business goals.
