Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid schedule; On-site on rotational basis)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm on in office days

Engagement Description
This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
- Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Education/Certifications
