Job Title: Experience Design Specialist

Pay Rate: $50.00/HR
Job/Role Description:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design; contribute to large-scale planning related to experience design deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex experience design challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet experience design deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in experience design.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
