Job Title: Business Systems Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days on site required)
Duration: 6+ months
Job/Role Description:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 1+ years of Real Time Payments experience is required
- 7+ years of professional experience in business support and relevant skills within the job requirements
- Development of business requirements and the identification of business and operational impacts associated to a given set of changes.
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Support testing of systems development through the creation and execution of test scripts.
- Knowledge of payments operational/technical processing generally and Real Time Payments (RTP) and/or Zelle networks specifically is a strong advantage.
- Experience in projects in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set.
- Previous Agile experience as a product owner, or knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Financial services background is a requirement
- Agile environment-experience in projects in Agile environment, implementing through integration and delivery.
