Job Title: Operations Analyst

Your Impact:
As an Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth post-trade processes for institutional clients, including trade settlements, cash transfers, and issue resolution. Your work will directly support the operational infrastructure of some of the world’s largest hedge funds, enhancing client satisfaction and upholding firmwide risk controls.
Team Overview – Our Impact:
Operations is a core division that collaborates across the firm to deliver banking, trading, and asset management solutions. Equities Operations is tasked with ensuring the accurate booking and settlement of equity trades, managing client books and records, and driving process improvements without compromising risk and control standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for a set of institutional clients and external brokers

Manage the full post-trade lifecycle including settlements, reconciliation, and inquiry resolution

Investigate and resolve exceptions in internal books and records

Deliver high-quality client service with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and relationship development

Analyze recurring issues and work to enhance existing processes to reduce risk and manual effort

Proactively influence client behavior to drive operational excellence
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable presenting complex information clearly and concisely

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

Experience with VBA or macros (Excel/Outlook) is a plus
