Job Title: Sr. Product Manager – Workday Platform
Location: Richmond, VA 23238
Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Product Manager to support the Workday Platform Product Team. This role plays a critical function in ensuring the effective delivery and enhancement of the Workday platform.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 3 years of product management experience OR in product design, Agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

2+ years of experience working on core product platforms
-
2+ years of experience in Agile product management
-
1+ year of experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials
-
1+ year of experience with Kainos Platform Experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

MBA or Master’s degree

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to lead product vision and drive end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments
