Job Title: Reporting and Communications Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (On-Site Required)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $23.00/HR
Job/Role Description:
The Client Communications team is a global team that has an integral role in designing the delivery of strategic solutions that improve client experience. The team partners stakeholders regularly develop new solutions to digitize and enhance internal and external client platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordination, oversight, and delivery of client communications through infrastructure the team helps design. The team also partners with other teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications that comply with industry and government rules and regulations.
- Partner with the Sales teams to provide digital signing capabilities for high-net-worth clients
- Work cooperatively and professionally to provide excellent service to our clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure the accurate distribution of sensitive materials electronically
- Monitor your workflow for potential risk and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain an awareness of and act in accordance with team goals and Firm policies
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels including Sales and Clients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate
- Strong control focus and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely
