Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect with deep expertise in integrating Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) using SailPoint’s Entra connector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing identity lifecycle processes, provisioning logic, and governance workflows leveraging the Entra connector. This role is technical and strategic, requiring deep knowledge of both SailPoint and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ integrations with Microsoft Entra ID via the native connector.
- Design end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, access provisioning, entitlement management, and offboarding.
- Configure SailPoint Entra connector for:
- Account provisioning and de-provisioning
- Group and role assignments
- Attribute synchronization
- Collaborate with Microsoft Entra team to register and secure APIs (Graph API, OAuth tokens).
- Define and enforce governance policies, certification campaigns, and access reviews involving Entra.
- Customize workflows and rules within SailPoint to handle complex business requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and connector optimization.
- Document technical designs, solution diagrams, and configuration details.
- Lead integration testing and production deployment of the Entra connector.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SailPoint developers and integration specialists.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including app registration, Graph API, group management, licenses
- Experience with SailPoint Entra connector configuration and customization
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Microsoft Graph permissions
- Proficiency in SailPoint features: Lifecycle Events, Rules, Workflows, Certifications, Access Requests
- Experience with JSON, PowerShell, and REST APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft certification(s) preferred.
