Marketing Support Assistant – Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Support Assistant to join our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of marketing experience, particularly in artwork handling and proofing marketing materials. The position supports low-complexity initiatives and helps ensure marketing assets align with customer service standards and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with proofing marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Provide support for low-complexity marketing or customer service initiatives.
- Review and address basic/tactical issues or questions related to materials, policies, or processes.
- Follow internal procedures and compliance requirements while escalating concerns as needed.
- Offer general support to customer service teams in the execution of marketing-related tasks.
- Exercise judgment within predefined parameters, with guidance from a supervisor.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding updates, corrections, or approvals for marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of marketing experience required
- Experience in artwork handling and proofreading marketing content
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured workflows and processes
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and develop within a customer service-oriented environment
