Job Title: Program manager- (Corrective Action Program Management)

Key kills and level of experience:

  • 3–5 years of Program manager experience
  • Familiar with Project Management artifacts (e.g., plans, schedules, status reports)
  • Experience with risk and control frameworks
  • Has worked on corrective action initiatives
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to bring structure to disorganized teams
  • Effective communicator across all levels of the organization
  • Potential fit as a Program Manager – capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Summary:

We’re seeking a senior-level Program manager to oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams across several director-led efforts. This is not a traditional single-project role — we need someone who can juggle multiple assignments, drive accountability, and bring structure to fast-moving initiatives.

In this role, You may Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet project management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track 6 concurrent efforts across multiple director groups.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts, status reports, and to-do lists.
  • Serve as the primary organizational SME, replacing a current resource who built and maintained critical tracking tools.
  • Lead meeting coordination, follow-ups, and task accountability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group leads, working closely with them to engage appropriate staff.
  • Perform management-level reporting, including R/Y/G status tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with corrective action processes across various partner teams.
  • Support the group with task tracking, form completion, and timeline oversight.

  • A seasoned Program manager- with a proven track record of managing multiple workstreams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized — a true taskmaster who keeps things moving.
  • Comfortable operating at executive visibility levels (reporting up to Graeme Macavoy).
  • Adept at multitasking in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Able to jump into ongoing work and quickly establish structure and control.
