Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Pay: Up to $40/HR – W2
Job Type: 7 Month Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead and manage employee policies, compliance, and benefit programs. This role is responsible for ensuring HR practices align with local, state, and federal regulations, while implementing employee support programs such as insurance, flexible work arrangements, maternity leave, and time-off benefits. The HR Manager will also play a vital role in operational performance coaching, interpreting business metrics, and communicating behaviors tied to performance outcomes.
This position involves managing a team of HR professionals, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure organizational HR goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Develop, implement, and manage HR programs related to benefits, leave, work arrangements, and employee well-being.

Review and recommend policy updates to maintain a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Serve as a trusted resource for handling workplace complaints, investigations, and resolution in alignment with company policy.

Guide and coach the HR team, offering training, performance feedback, and corrective actions when necessary.

Interpret and apply business metrics to inform HR strategies and support company objectives.

Communicate performance expectations and results clearly to drive behavior aligned with desired business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
