Client Support Specialist (Health Insurance)

 Key Skills:

• Must have an Agent health license or LTCP designation
• Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments

 Engagement Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for excellent customer service to our policy holders via phone, web-based Live Chat and email.  Responsibilities will include coordinating and support the processing and handling of policy changes for existing policyholders and answering questions or resolving concerns.  This is a detail oriented, fast-paced role and is critical to providing best-in-class service to our policyholder customers.

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance office experience
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient with computer applications including MicroSoft Office

Preferred Skills/Experience :

• Experience with CRM software
• Agent health license or LTCP designation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with the ability to react to changing priorities

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
