Job Description:
- As a UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences.
- Key responsibilities include conducting user research, generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- This role requires 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and facilitation, as well as proficiency in design tools.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
- Proficiency in designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
- Lead UX execution for large-scale, complex projects.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
- Demonstrated experience in applying best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
- Proficient in using Figma, UserZoom, Jira
- The candidate should have expert-level proficiency in Figma to include advanced features such as Auto Layout
Brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above:
- A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the business team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery.
- They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several different products within a complex large-scale program in different phases of delivery.
