Senior Data Analyst – Cloud Data & Practice Development
DIRECT HIRE/ PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
New York City, NY – hybrid onsite
Salary range $200K – $300K – hybrid role in office/home
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data architecture, cloud data modernization, and modern data stack technologies.
• Strong hands-on skills with Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders in consulting or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Comfortable with a 70% technical / 20% business development role split.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically with agility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hands-on technical delivery focused on cloud data modernization, data architecture, and migration using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks (including Unity Catalog), and Kafka.
• Assist in architecture/implementation of event-driven data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Engage directly with senior executives and C-level management to define data strategies
• Play a key role in practice growth by identifying capability gaps, improving delivery methodologies, and contributing to the overall direction of our data practice.
• Support business development efforts, including assisting with proposals, participating in client conversations, and developing reusable accelerators or assets that demonstrate our data expertise.
