Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- The right candidate will have coursework or a prior position handling funding, cash movement, collateral, margin management, and pricing
- 6+ months experience within data and financial reconciliations
- Bachelor s degree in any of the following: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Statistics or Data Analytics
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to clearly communicate complex issues to internal clients and leadership when needed
- Must be able to take ownership and accountability of projects
- Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with clients in order to track and resolve position discrepancies
- Consolidate requests in order to communicate pricing and position issues with Controllers, Credit and Middle Office teams
- Deliver position reports to clients and 3rd party vendors on a timely fashion
- Review and resolve collateral disputes using various firm tools while liaising with clients, trading, Controllers, Credit, etc
