Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an RN Review Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: RN Review Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Pay Rate: $40-42 /HR
Engagement Description
Responsible for the review of precertification, admissions approvals, telephone triage, and/or benefit interpretation. May be required to enter or reference data via PC. Work from home position; may require some travel to the office when necessary.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Prior UM experience
- Experience with InterQual
- Experience with precertification
- Required Skills/Experience
- 2 years acute care experience with an unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- ICU/ER preferred *should not just be 2 years in a specialized field such as NICU/OB/BH/Substance Abuse/Home Care/Nursing home
- InterQual/MCG or other Utilization Review experience
- Advanced computer skills
- 40+ WPM typing
- Some weekends and corporate holidays.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with Clinical Care Advance
Education/Certifications
- Associate degree or nursing diploma
