Sitecore Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Sitecore XM environments (version 10.3+) on Azure ASE
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes as needed
• Configure and optimize Sitecore instances for performance and security
• Implement and manage DevOps practices using tools like GitHub
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
• Integrate and manage SearchStax for enhanced search capabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues in the Azure environment
• Collaborate with developers, content authors, and other stakeholders
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor system health and performance, implementing improvements as necessary
• Create and maintain documentation for Sitecore processes and configurations

Requirements:

• Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Platform Associate or higher)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sitecore Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM, particularly versions 10.3 and above
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure App Service Environment (ASE)
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, particularly GitHub
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Familiarity with Sitecore architecture and content management concepts
• Strong skills in .NET framework, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with web servers (IIS) and databases (SQL Server)
• Proven experience integrating and managing SearchStax with Sitecore
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with Azure PaaS services and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with other DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Experience with performance optimization and caching strategies in Azure
• Advanced knowledge of SearchStax configuration and optimization
