Job Title: Software Engineer (.NET/C#)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates Only)
Pay: $41+/hr – W2 ONLY
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with experience in .NET, C#, SQL, and Agile methodologies to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills and be comfortable working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with .NET Core, AppDynamics, Splunk, and CI/CD tools is a big plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, Visual Basic, and related technologies.
- Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server to store and manage application data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Utilize tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring, logging, and performance tracking.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring software quality and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Visual Basic.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- .NET Core experience is a big plus but not mandatory.
