Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist
Location: Des Moines, IA ** On-Site 5 Days
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
PROJECT SUMMERY
– This contractor will be supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.
– Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system
– Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads
– Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy
TOP SKILLS
– Legal administration/ support experience
– Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader
– User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
– Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX
– Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
SOFT SKILLS
– Must be highly organized
– Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)
– Partnership skills – ability to work with Q/A team
EXPERIENCE
– 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred
– Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful
