Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Workday Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients in Detroit, MI / REMOTE!
Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-9 Month project
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Our Client is transitioning to WorkDay Help and WorkDay Journey.
Job responsibilities:
- The new system will help employees easily navigate their WorkDay HR Operations Portal
- New system is needed to streamline access
- Improve system so that employees have one log-in
- Client has 800-2,000 knowledge-based articles to be migrated into WorkDay Help.
- Need candidates with:
- Healthcare background
- WorkDay knowledge articles experience
- Re-do articles posted via text, links, direct access, video, instructional videos, etc.
- For ex., the articles house step-by-step instructions including FAQs, Open Enrollment info., Case Management, workarounds for complex situations
- Content management
- Media creation
- Project management experience
- Knowledge-based management
- Multi-media content for articles
- New engine search for WorkDay
- “Co-pilot” to create content development
- AI
- Instructional design
Additional Information:
- Take articles to SME to get feedback and validation
- Be consultative
