SaaS Security Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC/Dallas, TX
Pay: $70+/hr – W2 ONLY
Duration: 12+ Months
Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with a strong focus on SaaS security.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, security controls, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (e.g., CSA, NIST, CIS) and SaaS-specific compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA).
- Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth, SAML, and MFA.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, API security, encryption, and secure data storage.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, CASB, DLP, WAF, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess security risks and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and microservices security.
