Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Setting: Hybrid
Contract: 18 Months
Pay rate: $60-$65
Job Description:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work creatively and independently in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple work assignments based on established priorities
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong meeting management / facilitation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders, user community and key support partners.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business unit (non-technical) and development (technical) personnel.
- Strong track record of successful project work in a diverse environment.
- Fully proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Financial Services experience.
