Sr. Business Analyst

Pay Rate: $65-$75
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide consulting expertise in defining and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. This role involves collaborating across teams to support product development, solution delivery, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document detailed business requirements while ensuring they are verifiable and testable.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions Consultants to align business needs with functional requirements.
- Support the development pipeline, coordinating with QA, Project, and Release Management teams.
- Identify technology alternatives and assist in formulating system scope and objectives.
- Conduct comparative analysis to evaluate and recommend IT solutions.
- Lead requirement analysis for small to medium projects and support design, build, and test phases for larger projects.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business analysis, including documentation, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and business application technologies.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing vendor solutions.
- Ability to lead BA teams in requirement analysis for projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with OMNI.
