Title: Project Lead – Identity and Access Governance
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office T, W, Th)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage three critical project initiatives for the Access Governance Services (AGS) Team supporting the Identity and Access Governance (IAG) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the SailPoint project, migrating our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, and completing the decommissioning of the legacy technologies LDAP and SiteMinder. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
SailPoint Project Execution:
- Lead the next phase of the SailPoint project, including:
- Standing up user access reviews by migrating from Oracle Waveset to SailPoint.
- Transitioning SailPoint access approvals from Application Owner to Entitlement Owner approvals.
- Migrating SailPoint’s authoritative source from SAP HR to SuccessFactors.
- Oversee and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SailPoint project.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Deliver process and department documentation as pertinent for the program.
PAM Platform Migration:
- Manage the migration from CyberArk to Delinea.
- Partner with the project Delivery Lead in project execution, including deliverables review and approval as well as other project oversight activities.
- Advise project owner/department manager on project health, project decisions, etc.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Deliver process and department documentation as pertinent for the program.
LDAP and SiteMinder Decommissioning:
- Lead the initiative to decommission LDAP and SiteMinder by migrating accounts and applications to Active Directory.
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholder teams to ensure a smooth migration process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in IAM projects.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, LDAP, SiteMinder, and Active Directory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
