Data Governance Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC only

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to executives and senior leaders.
  • Experience in governance, risk management, and control processes, including issues management, ORE, and RCSA.
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to summarize data for different audiences and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Prior experience in a business control, audit, or compliance role, with a focus on governance and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing risk governance frameworks, escalation routines, and senior-level reporting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
