Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a receptionist for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our clients!
Job Title: Receptionist
Role Type: W2 only (18-20/HR)
Duration: 6-month contract with the chance of extending or converting
Location: Boling brook, IL
Schedule: Onsite (Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 4:30pm)
Job description
- Administrate the day-to-day programs associated with the safety and security of employees and non-employees
- Function as the principle customer-facing security constituent for the client’s corporate offices located in Bolingbrook
- Promote a safe and secure environment
- Assist with audits associated with general security procedures, physical security systems, keys and compliance.
- Minimize the potential for unauthorized access, theft, loss, vandalism, and workplace violence within the client’s owned or leased space.
- Work professionally with peers, supervisors, contractors, visitors, and staff from other departments under limited supervision.
