Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IT Operations Analyst for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.

Job Summary:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Technology Operations.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Video conference management application experience (WebEx Control Hub), A/V background, fin tech and or white glove experience preferred.
- White glove support for video conference rooms.
- Support of associated audiovisual equipment. This role is very high level, requires technical expertise and refined business acumen.
