WorkDay Analyst

Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-9 Month project
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

Our Client is transitioning to WorkDay Help and WorkDay Journey.

Job responsibilities:

• The new system will help employees easily navigate their WorkDay HR Operations Portal
• New system is needed to streamline access
• Improve system so that employees have one log-in
• Client has 800-2,000 knowledge-based articles to be migrated into WorkDay Help.
• Need candidates with:
  • Healthcare background
  • WorkDay knowledge articles experience
  • Re-do articles posted via text, links, direct access, video, instructional videos, etc.
  • For ex., the articles house step-by-step instructions including FAQs, Open Enrollment info., Case Management, workarounds for complex situations
  • Content management
  • Media creation
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge-based management
  • Multi-media content for articles
  • New engine search for WorkDay
  • “Co-pilot” to create content development
  • AI
  • Instructional design
