Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Training Specialist to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. This role involves consulting on and contributing to moderately complex business initiatives, developing and delivering training plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Loan IQ systems, operational processes, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning and execution related to Business Execution deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Collaborate with client personnel and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deliverables.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver comprehensive training plans across multiple operational teams.
  • Travel within the U.S. to conduct in-person training sessions, as needed.
  • Provide extensive training on Loan IQ systems, with a focus on bilateral loans.
  • Leverage operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy to deliver effective training.
  • Utilize Automated Financial Systems (AFS) to enhance training and operational efficiency.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs with measurable results.
  • Extensive experience with Loan IQ systems, particularly with bilateral loans.
  • Familiarity with Automated Financial Systems (AFS).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy.
  • Ability to re-prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
