Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an RN Review Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: Registered Nurse Review Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote/Must be local)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Pay Rate: 34-38/HR
*Must be local to Michigan and have MI RN licensure
Role Summary
Perform prospective, concurrent and retrospective review of inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory and ancillary services to ensure medical necessity, appropriate length of stay, intensity of service and level of care, including appeal requests initiated by providers, facilities and members. May establish care plans and coordinate care through the health care continuum including member outreach assessments.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Active and Unrestricted)
- Associate degree or nursing diploma required from the state of MI
- Able to learn and utilize multiple programs for chart review and documentation
- Two (2) years patient care experience.
- Triage, case management and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Expertise in the use of medical terminology.
- Must be able to meet daily production goal.
