Job Title: Product Manager

Duration: 4+ months

Location: McLean, VA

Hybrid (tues-thur onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead an engineering team to design and deliver a payment product features for our customers, agents and merchants
• Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for API integrations, mobile and web development
• Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features builds grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance the payments agenda
• Define, socialize and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
• Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering
• NEEDS 1-2 years of experience: product management in the payments space (Looks for prior experience with Paypal, Stripe, Square, Zelle, Venmo, Google Pay ETC****
•  NEEDS:
• 1. Product Manager with mobile delivery experience on iOS & android apps (1-2 years)
  2. Knowledge and passion for API integrations (1-2 years)
  3. Payments experience- either corporate or start up payments space experience (1-2 years)
  4. Someone who can play in the payments/product manager space- technical, product, strategic role (1-2 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• MBA or Master’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
