This position will support the Customer 360 product within the Regulated Solutions Analytics group. Customer 360, often abbreviated as C360, is a comprehensive approach to provide a single source of truth (SSoT) for common customer data and insights. It aims to consolidate fragmented and occasionally contradictory pieces of customer data into a unified view. This enables a deeper understanding of customers’ characteristics, behaviors, attitudes, and their overall relationship to the Grid, which is essential for the success of Grid Edge Evolution and creating a seamless customer experience that fosters the adoption of new offerings.

The C360 initiative involves creating and configuring environments for data and analytics, inventorying data to be included in the SSoT, and designing frameworks for maintaining this data. It also includes the productionalization of data science models and the creation of data products to enable a standardized source of customer data for other products and the enterprise.

In summary, Customer 360 is a strategic initiative that integrates customer data from various sources to provide a holistic view of the customer, which is crucial for informed decision-making and enhancing customer engagement.
