Call Center Associate

Location: Peoria, IL

Contract: 12 months with opportunity to be hired full time.

Setting: 5 weeks of onsite training then Hybrid 

Pay rate: $16.82/hr 


  • Provides prompt accurate and courteous response to our customers relating to Move in Move Out and Outages
  • Solve routine problems (Contact Supervisor or Team Lead for more complex issues)
  • Display Active Listening and superior customer service skills to our customers
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • 2+ years customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
  • PREFERRED High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
