We’re looking for Account Managers with a strong history of sales success and a proven track record in building strong relationships to truly understand the needs of those you serve:  your customers.  We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the IT/BPM services and solutions industry who’s interested in working in a performance-oriented environment. This position offers outstanding earning potential including base salary, laptop, expense reimbursement, and a generous commission and a bonus structure.


About the Job:


  • Proactively initiate new partnerships with targeted customers
  • Work with Customers to help define & meet their IT and BPM service needs
  • Promoting Customer development & build relationships with prospective Customers through office visits, presentations, and sales calls
  • Use strategic client hunting practices, internal communication, external promotions, and continuous in-depth client analysis to uncover sales opportunities
  • Establish opportunities to present our value-proposition to strategic Senior Executive and Management level contacts
  • Working with internal teams to ensure all lines of business within S3 are effectively represented to our customer base


Required Skills of an S3 Account Manager:


  • At least 1-2 years of experience selling or managing IT/BPM Services and Solutions
  • Experience in adding new and managing corporate accounts
  • Proven track record in achieving performance targets
  • Goal-oriented attitude and can work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business or technical domain
