  • 2+ years of Procedure Writing experience (regulatory changes and write procedure audits) in either a financial or healthcare background.
  • Required: Adobe InDesign and Framemaker
  • Prior experience in technical writing and training facilitation.
  • Will be assisting in the creation of designing multimedia content – creative mindset
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong experience within the Adobe Suite as well as MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools
  • Process definition and documentation experience
  • One-year Agile experience
  • Strong proficiency in specified software applications.
  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
