Job Title: Digital Product Owner w/ XR/VR knowledge! – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option)
Duration: 12+ months.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Digital product experience
- Agile project experience
- Possess the ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
- JIRA experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified SCRUM or Agile Certification
- CSM and/or Product Owner or PMP Certification
- Demonstrated ability to work with others having differing priorities/views/goals than your own, to meet your goals.
- New development experience or start-up experience
- XR/VR Lab experience
- Experience developing or leading teams developing training environments using UnReal Engine or Unity and using Oculus headsets.
- Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping software; Experience with full game/immersive virtual training lifecycle from conception to release and beyond.
- Experience working in the utility industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, improve and organize creative Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices for the internal project team including Daily Stand-Up Meetings, Retrospective Meetings and Backlog Refinement meetings.
- Provide project coordination support for development and engineering teams (lead status meetings, develop meeting minutes, schedule deployment events).
