STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING!
S3 is looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach for a longstanding partner in the St. Louis metro area. Ideal candidates will have experience with coaching at an enterprise level and mobilizing new teams. This is a Contract to Hire position and candidates must be willing to convert to a full-time employee. This is a REMOTE position with occasional travel to St. Louis, MO for PI planning meetings (monthly or quarterly), but local applicants are preferred.
Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach
Location: Remote, but candidates local to St. Louis, MO preferred
Role Type: 6 month Contract to Hire – W2 Only, No C2C
Pay: up to $90/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mobilize new ARTs (Agile Release Train)
- Mobilize new Scrum or Kanban teams
- Provide coaching support to Scrum Masters (what they might improve)
- Assist the PMO and cross-train members on Agile…e.g. cross pollination of Agile best practices
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification preferred.
- Proven delivery of value via Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Excellent communication (e.g. to build relationships, and be that Agile evangelist)
