Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for a Lead UX Designer in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Leads UX strategy for platforms and products; influences roadmaps and business decisions by providing UX considerations; participates in roadmap planning and virtual teams; represents UX to our partners.
- Develops and executes User Experience (UX) solutions for internal user facing online applications and websites.
- Creates complex, industry-leading user interface design solutions.
- Serves as design “advocate” with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company’s product design alternatives.
- Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Provides product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams.
- Serves as SME for all aspects of UX for assigned initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the following: communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts demonstrated through work or military experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies through the use of various UX research tactics (e.g., developing personas, experience mapping, conducting contextual user research and UX measurement activities).
- 1+ years of experience working in agile (Scrum) environments, with a proven understanding of how to apply the agile methodology to the user journey.
