Job Title: Production Support Specialist – Hiring FAST!
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $52-54/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option)
Duration: 6+ months.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in at least 2 databases: Ab initio, Teradata, Hadoop or Oracle
- 5+ years’ experience in AUTOSYS
- 5+ years’ experience in Unix shell scripting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Informatica Experience.
- Fundamentals of Production support, (ITIL framework would describe what are the services the support organization would provide) deep experience in the following areas: incident, problem, event, request, change, environment, knowledge management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or triage major incidents management.
- Perform problem management to identify root cause and preventative actions.
- Monitor application health and reduce alerts and failures.
