Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a QA Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: QA Analyst
Location: Detroit metro (remote with travel to South Lyon once a week)
Duration: 16+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Engagement Description
Supports the IT development process by writing, executing and maintaining test plans. Identifies issues and works with stakeholder development team on resolution.
- Create test plans for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases
- Execute functional and regression tests for web-based applications, quoting tools, and administrative system releases
- Monitors/triages/debugs issues and helps identify fixes
- Contributes to continuous improvement in processes
- Work as directed on enhancements, documentation and/or system support
- Work with team and business partners to determine acceptance criteria
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Experience with mobile testing
- Strong process orientation; detail orientated and efficient with tactical tasks
- 3+ years front-end testing experience
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong technology skills with a good understanding Internet based applications
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong written and oral communications skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in life, health, or long term care insurance industry.
