Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position.  The details are below.

Job Title: Project Manager 

Contract: 12 Months   

Location: Houston, TX

 

Job/Role Description:

• Works directly with technical experts across IT competencies like Data Science, Cyber Security, Operational Technology like automation and high-performance computing.
  o Facilitates and enables the strategists to move forward through all 5 phases R&D Development Lifecycle.
  o Team player who can drive team success without trying to shine all by themselves
  o Able to hold their own with strong personalities
  o Works independently with some direction.
  o Employs the following competencies:
  o Scrumban
  o Capacity allocation
  o Elements of SAFe
  o PI Objectives
  o PI Cadences
  o Team budget and financials management
  o Business case and proposal development and submittal
  o Portfolio sync facilitation
  o Azure DevOps board and data management and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Min of 6 years of Scrum Experience
• Agile experience – Min of 6 years
• APM Experience is a must
• SaFe certified /SM certified
• Safe experience 4-5 years
• ScrumBan- need to have
• Kanban- need to have
• ADO
• PI Planning
• Understanding of SAFe positions ( RTE,PO, etc)
