Required Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban is essential.
- Experience working with mobile apps and loyalty programs is a must.
- Production support experience desired
- SAfe Cert
- PMP (desired)
- SM Certification
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Excellent organization and communication skills are required to manage vendor relationships, keep track of many items at once and know when to follow up and escalate.
- Will work across multiple business teams (refining, distributing, lubricants, and marketing petroleum products.
- Agile Project Managers should be able to adapt and tailor these methodologies to the oil and gas industry’s needs.
- Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the oil and gas sector, including its regulations, safety standards, and specific project requirements, is crucial for effective project management.
- Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of the technical aspects of oil and gas projects, including drilling, exploration, production, and refining processes, helps in making informed decisions and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical team members.
