Must bring 5+ years of experience with the following skillset:
· Not seeking a Technical PM – this is strong relationship management within Enterprise environments
· Will be responsible for managing teams and timelines within a process driven environment
· Must be an excellent Communicator verbal and written
· Must have experience working with C-level Leadership – this role has high level visibility
· Will be managing 2-3 concurrent projects from a process driven perspective with up to 20 members on each
· Proven ability to work successfully in a matrix driven environment
· 2+ years recent experience working with Jira
· Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Kanban is a plus, they are not using a specific methodology
· Must have proven Change Management Disciplines
· Ability to create a project plan from scratch
· Proven ability to troubleshoot issues
· Proven ability to lead cross functional teams
· Not specifically working for Agile or Banking, but a plus.
· PMP or PMO Certification is a big plus.
