Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT help Desk support.
- Windows OS
- Basic User set up.
Job Description / Duties:
- The Agent will install or upgrade applications and operating system for various computer related to site’s nonstandard equipment that supports LAB and other industrial devises.
- The Agent will troubleshoot any issues with the client/device system after the Operating system upgrade to ensure applications perform as designed.
- Trouble triage, fixes, end-to-end problem management (ITSM), Access Control, Password Reset, problem resolution with no scripts.
- Level II Support with 2-4 years’ experience
- Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customers’ response.
- Ensures response and resolution time objectives (Service Level Agreement / OLAs) are met
- Off-line security or other complex requests/incidents.
