Job Title: IT Service Associate Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Contract: 6 Months+ W2 ONLY
Duties:
- Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services.
- Develops effective relationships with co-workers.
- Ensures required IT processes are followed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
- Provides support and maintains service level agreements.
- Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions.
- Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
