Job Description/Responsibilities:
Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services. Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users.
Ensures required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
Provides support and maintains service level agreements. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in IT Services.
Schedule: M-F, 8-5 EST. EST, CST, MST only, EST preferred. 100% Remote, with occasional weekend (Sat/Sun) coverage. Weekend coverage frequency is typically once a month, with times varying throughout the day.
Required Qualifications:
- Service Now or any service management platform experience
- ITIL
- IT SUPPORT
- Ability to follow an SOP
- Attention to detail
Education: Any College Degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required.
